FIRSTGATE / ClickandBuy Customers:

Log in at ClickandBuy-Portal (www.ClickandBuy.com) with your user name and password to view your ClickandBuy account. Use the tabs to go to the Transactions or Settings area. Then click on the menu item Subscriptions. There you will see an overview of your current subscriptions.

If you have a problem that you cannot resolve, send an e-mail to service@starland.de . Please make sure that you include the following:

• Name of your billing processor (iBill, CCBill or FIRSTGATE / ClickandBuy)
   

• Your transaction number or customer number
   

• Your Current e-mail address and if different, e-mail address that you used when subscribing
   

• A complete description of the problem with as much detail as possible. include any steps needed to reproduce the problem.
